Delivery & Returns
Delivery of your items will be via Royal Mail first class post. We obtain a tracking number for each order sent and can provide you with this information on request.
Please ensure that all address details are correct to avoid wrong delivery. Replacements and refunds cannot be given if address details are incorrect.
Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days excluding Bank holidays and weekends. Please note that during our busiest times dispatch times will be longer and you will be advised of this via email.
Any orders placed on Bank holiday or weekends will be posted 72 hours after.
Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place it and doesn’t end until 14 days have passed from the day your goods were delivered to you, your nominated neighbour or your dedicated safe place.
Should you wish to cancel your order , please do so by either emailing or in writing. We cannot accept phone calls as a means to cancel your order
We accept returns on all uniforms that are returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided the items are unworn, with clothing tags still attached, and returned in the condition they were sold . They can be returned by bringing them into the shop or by posting back to us at the address below:

If posting, please indicate the reason for the return, whether requesting a refund or an exchange, the requested size for an exchange, and provide contact details should we need to get in touch. We strongly advise that a postal receipt is obtained for your return and that you check that the value is protected in the event of being lost in transit.
For exchanges, if you have posted the items back to us we will post your replacements back out at our cost. Any item that you wish to exchange must be unworn and in saleable condition.
In the unlikely event of a faulty garment please return the item directly to store. In some circumstances the items may need to be returned to the manufacturer to confirm goods are faulty.
We are able to offer a refund or exchange provided the above conditions are met.
All returns and exchanges are made at the Company’s discretion whilst acknowledging our responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
