How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24/48 hours from receipt of your order. This excludes weekends and Bank holidays

How will I know if my order has been sent?

We advise you by email or by text message that your order has been dispatched

What if my items do not arrive?

If your order has not arrived within the timescales specified please contact us either by phone 01872 242233 or by email

What can I do if I have lost my receipt?

If you wish to return an item (online only) and you no longer have your receipt. Simply write to us with your name, address and phone number, and if possible an approximate month of order,. So that we can trace your original order. Please include details of what you plan to return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Can I alter my order?

Yes you can, alter your order after it has been placed providing it hasn’t already been dispatched to you.

What if my item is out of stock?

We keep high levels of all popular items, however during the busy Back To School period we can experience lower stock levels. We will contact you immediately should this be the case and advise you accordingly.

What postal arrangements do you use?

We dispatch every order via Royal Mail with the item requiring a signature. Whilst we expect your order to arrive promptly using this service we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to the postal service.

Web order processing time is now 15 working days to completion .

Information regarding Poltair School

Please note if you are a Parent of a student who currently attends Poltair school when ordering the discount blazer please include students name, Year & Tutor group. The original size that you ordered via school cannot be changed at the moment due to stock availability.

Discounted blazers are only for current pupils at Poltair and not the New Year 7's starting in September .
