Our Returns Policy.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely satisfied with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY).
We will refund by original method of payment.
Please note that this does not apply to products specially ordered, or embroidered, unless there is a fault with the embroidery.
If a delivery is returned to us, due to the customer providing incorrect delivery details or they are not at home to take receipt of the order.
We will attempt to contact the customer by telephone or by email.
If the order is to be re-delivered we will recharge the full postage cost to the customer.
Returns by Post
Goods purchased can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Prior to returning the item you must contact us to obtain a returns number this can be done by either telephone or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The following details will be required: –
Order number, Item being returned.
Reason for the return.
Exchange or if a refund is required.
Please return the item/items within seven working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) with the returns number being advised otherwise we will cancel the return.
Once you have received the returns number and form, which will be sent to you via email. Please complete all details and return your item to us, the item must be in its original packaging and unused. Please return any goods by recorded or registered post, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Please ensure when returning items that your returns number is clearly visible on the return address label.
Right to Cancel
Under the distance selling regulations, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund of the original goods purchased.
Your cancellation rights expire 7 days after receipt of the goods.
The Distance Selling Regulations provide further information regarding your cancellation rights.
Deemed delivery date will be 2 working days from date of posting.
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or via email using the contact information on this website.
Goods returned due to cancellation must be complete with any original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. not damaged, stained or used.
The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to Keywear. We will issue a full refund for the original goods purchased.
