Delivery, Returns, and cancellations:

Delivery

Delivery of your items will be via Royal Mail first class post. We obtain a tracking number for each order sent, and can provide you with this information upon request.

Please ensure that all address details are correct to avoid wrong delivery. Replacements and Refunds cannot be given if address details are incorrect.

We aim to dispatch within 7-10 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) after your order has been placed. Please note during our busiest times that dispatch times can be longer. Please note that any orders placed on Bank Holidays or Weekends will only begin to process on our following working days.

 

Returns

Please note that special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes personalised and/or specially ordered garments.

We accept returns on all uniforms (excluding special orders) that are returned to us within 28 days of purchase, provided that the items are unworn, with clothing tags still attached, no name tags/initials on the garment, and returned in the exact condition they were sold, and with proof of purchase.

If posting, please indicate the reason for the return, whether requesting a refund or an exchange, the requested size for an exchange, and provide contact details should we need to get in touch. We strongly advise that a postal receipt is obtained for your return and that you check the value is protected in the event of it being lost in transit.

 

Exchanges

For exchanges, if you have posted the items back to us, we will need to contact you via mobile for payment of postage. Any item that you wish to exchange must be unworn and in sellable condition.

We will only cover cost for postage of items incorrectly sent out.

In the rare event of us accidentally sending out an incorrect or faulty garment, please return the item directly to the store. We will happily cover the cost for postage.

 

Cancelling your order

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place it and doesn’t end until 14 days have passed from the day your goods were delivered to you, your nominated neighbour, or your dedicated safe place.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please do so by either emailing or in store. We will only be available to do this over telephone during opening hours.

 

All returns and exchanges are made at the Company’s discretion, whilst acknowledging our responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
